CHI-3 - SERVICE DISRUPTION
Incident Report for HorizonIQ
Resolved
We have verified that services are stable in the Chicago Data Center. A process crash was observed on one of the core router cluster members, causing a chassis reboot. Most of the data center remained online during this reboot, however a redundancy failure caused one aggregation stack to experience an outage until the chassis recovered. This caused roughly 7 minutes worth of downtime for a small portion of customer servers. We will be conducting immediate repairs to correct the redundancy issue. At this time, all services are fully operational.
