Monitoring

We have identified an issue with relation to the storage array controller. After failing to the standby controller the storage network became operational. We will continue monitoring the array to ensure stability has returned.

Identified

We have identified an issue within the storage network environment with regards to VPC. Network operations is working on resolving the issue.

Investigating

We are currently investigating a partial service outage within the Chicago VPC environment. This outage only affects clients residing within cluster 4 of the VPC environment and all other clients should be operational at this time.
