All resources related to our customer portal/LEAP3 are now fully functional. Ticket submission for issues is operational per normal spec. Clients may resume normal SLA expectations for service.

Monitoring
Services have begun to restore within our LEAP3 platform. We are currently monitoring the situation and will provide updates once LEAP3 has reached a stable level of operation.

Investigating
We are currently experiencing an outage with our ticketing system that is preventing us from viewing and updating cases. We are currently reviewing this and we will post here when this has been resolved.
