Engineers will be conducting emergency software maintenance activities on a network aggregation stack, which provides private network connectivity to some servers within the data center. This applies for some dedicated servers as well as some Dedicated Private Cloud environments. If your service is encompassed by this event, you will receive direct notification shortly containing a list of the related hosts.
Affected servers in this aggregation zone will experience brief instances of private connectivity loss, lasting between 5 - 30 seconds, but no extended downtime is expected during this window. We apologize for the short notice, as it is necessary to conduct this event as quick as possible to avoid unexpected extended downtime.
