Services have been restarted and we are currently monitoring the cluster for any lingering performance issues. Once we've established that the performance issues have been entirely resolved we will close this incident.

We have been alerted to performance issues with internal infrastructure within our VCC cluster, which will require a restart of services that may result in dropped connections. Once service restart is complete, any interrupted jobs should restart without issue.
