Monitoring
Connections to the storage network have stabilized and hosts are showing full connectivity. We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure stability remains.

Identified
Technicians identified an issue with regards to the controller on the storage array and are initating a fail over to the standby controller which will bring connectivity back.

Investigating
Our network operations folks have detected a communication problem with our storage network, affecting some Dedicated Private Cloud and Virtual Private Cloud environments located in Chicago. We are currently investigating the issue and working on a resolution.
