Monitoring
We've identified a problem on our transit peer with Comcast, and have withdrawn all routes from this session. Between 20:26 and 20:38 UTC, outside sources traversing the Comcast backbone network (as the shortest path) experienced heavy packet loss to all services operating out of the Chicago Data Center. Monitoring detected several black-hole conditions over this network path, and our engineering staff took measures to influence external routes to circumvent the problem area ASAP.

We're closely monitoring the situation, and have opened up a trouble ticket with Comcast. We'll continue to work with them and verify stable service before normalizing our routing path. In the meantime, all services should be operating normally. If you continue to see issues, please contact our Technical Support team right away. Thanks
