Transfers of power distribution infrastructure to an alternate source have been completed with no impact. Maintenance is still in progress and we will continue to provide updates as they become available.

During the window listed above, INAP’s vendor, DRT, will be performing planned electrical system maintenance. The maintenance will include transfers of power distribution infrastructure to an alternate source for the duration of this work. The transfers are designed to be transparent to the environment and no impact is expected; however, as with all critical infrastructure maintenance, there is inherent risk while performing this work. Every effort has been made to ensure there will be no impact during this maintenance.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Virtual Cloud Platforms (Chicago - Virtual Private Cloud, Chicago - Disaster Recovery Service, Chicago - Cloud Connect Backup Service, Chicago - Public Cloud), Bare Metal and Dedicated Cloud Services (Chicago), and Customer Tools (Compass API, Intelligent Monitoring).
