At approximately 6:30am CST, we observed a network degradation event with a portion of the SnapShield firewall infrastructure, causing a server outage to some clients utilizing this service. The issue has since been identified and resolved, and all affected servers have been restored. Please contact our support team if you are experiencing any further problems. Thank you.
