This maintenance has been completed and the LEAP portal is fully operational again.

We are currently investigating an issue with the LEAP3 system. Customers may notice degraded performance or a partial outage while using the ticket system or pulling information for components from the LEAP portal. This maintenance is for our ticket system and other internal systems which will not effect the performance of our customers servers.
