The issue with the ticketing system on our LEAP3 platform has been corrected and is back to normal operation. We are currently monitoring the system to ensure all issues are resolved.

Our infrastructure admins are currently troubleshooting a ticketing system problem within our LEAP3 platform. At this time, our staff is posting responses to open tickets, but we've been receiving reports from clients of missing responses via e-mail and through the LEAP3 ticket screen.
