During the window, there were some inconclusive indications of potential service outage lasting longer than anticipated. Although we weren't able to confirm this, it was decided to err on the side of caution and rollback the maintenance activity. This window is now closed and will be rescheduled. We will be analyzing data collected and if necessary, adjust our procedure to ensure impact is minimal.

Engineers will be conducting critical software upgrades to network equipment in SingleHop’s Software Defined Networking (SDN) environment. These upgrades correct several software bugs and provide increased stability to the platform. During the window, two separate brief network outages are expected to occur totalling up to roughly 5 minutes of downtime to some dedicated private cloud environments.
