Hello,

We are currently investigating a routing issue between our external monitoring systems responsible for Quick Reaction bare metal server monitoring and our CHI-3 and PHX-1 data centers. Currently communication is unreliable and causing a large amount of "false positive" alerts due to dropped connections.

Please note we still take these alerts seriously and will be checking machines for responsiveness, but you until the routing issue is resolved you may see a higher than usual volume of such alerts.
