We've detected a significant latency spike on the Zayo transit network within the Chicago area. As a result, we've dropped our prefix advertisements to Zayo in order to route data center traffic around the problem. We currently have a ticket open with Zayo on the matter and will work to ensure resolution before reinstating traffic flow through their network. At the present time, customers should no longer be experiencing any problems that may have been seen earlier.

We're receiving a few complaints of heavy packet loss originating from US regions within a specific Transit network. We're investigating these reports and will adjust our routing policies to steer away any detected external event. Please stand by for further updates.
