We will be performing updates that will require the Cloud Connect service to be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance. This will cause any active jobs at the beginning of the maintenance to fail with an error on Backup and Replication servers. To avoid these alerts, one may disable any jobs reliant on the PHX Cloud Connect infrastructure for the duration of the maintenance window. One hour before the maintenance is set to begin, we will put the Cloud Connect system into maintenance mode. This will allow any running jobs to complete while preventing the start of new jobs until maintenance mode is disabled.
