Staff will be upgrading the PHX and CHI-3 Cloud Connect infrastructure to version 9.5 update 2 today. During this Window, Cloud Connect services may not be available. Once complete, those running a version earlier than 9.5u2 will still be able to connect, as well as anyone running the new update in their environment.
