Over the holiday, an update for Veeam Backup and Replication was released. We intend to install this on our Chicago and Phoenix based today starting at 3:30 PM CDT. We expect this operation to take no more than 1 and a half hours. This will cause active backups or backup copies to be suspended, and may trigger failure errors on your backup server. The backups will be free to resume once the maintenance is complete.

It is important to not update your Backup and Replication instances to 9.5 U3a until this operation is complete, as doing so will prevent your backup server from being able to connect to the Cloud Connect endpoints at all. If you have already done the update, expect connections to start working properly again once this maintenance is concluded.
