Monitoring
Maintenance has been completed to address the connection issues experienced today. If any jobs are still having errors please try re-scanning the repository and rerun them from your Veeam Backup & Replication console. Identified
Currently, more Cloud Backup copy jobs are completing successfully than when the issue was original reported. The issue has been identified and maintenance is being scheduled shortly.

We have received alerts this morning of slowness in connection, as well as connection timeouts to the Phoenix VCC service. Our team is currently investigating this issue.
