We've received confirmation that this event has been considered fully resolved, and have observed consistent stability several hours after. This incident will now be closed.

Zayo is continuing to work and resolve issues with their BGP provider peers. We're observing stability on their network at this point in time. We'll continue to keep a very close eye on the situation until we've received notification of resolution and can confirm internally.

We've received several confirmed reports of a wide-spread trouble event occurring within the Zayo network. This may have contributed to latency or loss from certain origins to a SingleHop Data Center, especially overseas. We've adjusted our routing policies to circumvent their network as best as possible until Zayo has resolved the problem. At the present time, there is no ETR available but we are continuing to follow up closely with the provider.
