We have identified an issue with database performance in our Chicago VCC/BaaS cluster and are currently working to resolve this. The performance issue may be causing slower than normal transfer speeds to and from our cluster. We expect brief (less than 5 minutes at a time) service interruptions while we work on resolving this issue. Note that this does NOT effect our Phoenix VCC/BaaS cluster.
