We've isolated a faulty network component and removed it from service. Client servers should begin to see private network connectivity restored. At this time we are still investigating the root cause of the issue.

Investigating
We have detected a partial outage on the private network in the CHI-3 data center. We are currently investigating the issue and will provide further updates as information becomes available.
